1.包菜虾仁Taco / Cabbage and Shrimp Tacos
材料Ingredients:
①虾仁 Shrimp: 6 pieces

②包菜 200克 切丝Cabbage:200g, shredded

③胡萝卜 50克 切丝Carrot: 50g, shredded

④鸡蛋 2个Eggs: 2

⑤芝士片 2片(一片切成4块)Cheese slices: 2 (cut each slice into 4 pieces)

腌料Marinade:
盐 1/4茶匙Salt: 1/4 tsp
姜片 2片Ginger: 2 slices

2.面条厚蛋烧 / Thick Egg Roll Noodles
材料Ingredients:
①猪肉碎 50克Minced pork: 50g

②胡萝卜丝 35克Shredded carrot: 35g

③菠菜 20克Spinach: 20g

④鸡蛋 2个Eggs: 2

⑤面线 50克Thin noodles: 50g

3.吐司肉松小贝 / Toast with Meat Floss
材料Ingredients:
①紫薯 30克Purple sweet potato: 30g

②芋头 130克Yam: 130g

③牛奶 30ml Milk: 30ml
④吐司 4片(去边,1切4)Bread slices (crust removed, cut into quarters): 4

⑤希腊酸奶 1罐Greek yogurt: 1 tub

⑥芝麻海苔肉松 适量Sesame seaweed meat floss: to taste

4.南瓜灌汤包 / Pumpkin Soup Dumplings
材料Ingredients:
①老南瓜 160克Old pumpkin: 160g

③饺子皮 1包Dumpling wrappers: 1 pack

肉碎腌料Pork Marinade::
④葱花 10克Chopped spring onion: 10g

5.山药肉末小米粥 / Yam and Minced Meat Millet Porridge
