1. 皮蛋豆腐 Century Egg with Silken Tofu

🧾 材料 Ingredients:

嫩豆腐 1盒(约350克)

 Silken tofu – 1 pack (approx. 350g)

生皮蛋 2个(免煮)

 Raw century eggs – 2 pcs (no boiling needed)

棉线 1根(用于切蛋)

 Thread – 1 piece (for slicing eggs)

小葱 2根,切葱花

 Spring onion – 2 stalks, finely chopped



🥣 料汁 Sauce (1 tbsp ≈ 15ml):

生抽 2汤匙 Light soy sauce – 2 tbsp

香醋 1.5汤匙 Black vinegar – 1.5 tbsp

香油 1汤匙 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp

蒜泥 2瓣 Mashed garlic – 2 cloves

白糖 1茶匙 Sugar – 1 tsp

辣椒油 1茶匙 Chili oil – 1 tsp


2. 京酱肉丝 Shredded Pork in Sweet Bean Sauce

🧾 材料 Ingredients:

猪里脊 300克,切成筷子粗细肉丝

 Pork tenderloin – 300g, cut into thin strips

黄瓜 1根,切细丝(垫底)

 Cucumber – 1, julienned

葱白 1段,切丝(配菜)

 White part of spring onion – 1 segment, shredded

🧂 肉丝腌料 Marinade:

料酒 1汤匙 Cooking wine – 1 tbsp

生抽 ½汤匙 Light soy sauce – ½ tbsp

蛋清 1个 Egg white – 1

淀粉 1汤匙 Cornstarch – 1 tbsp

食用油 1汤匙 Cooking oil – 1 tbsp

🍯 灵魂酱汁 Signature Sauce:

甜面酱 3汤匙(约45克) Sweet bean sauce – 3 tbsp (approx. 45g)

白糖 1汤匙 Sugar – 1 tbsp

老抽 ½汤匙 Dark soy sauce – ½ tbsp

清水 2汤匙 Water – 2 tbsp



  1. 🥩 锅包肉

    Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork

    🛒 材料 Ingredients

    • 猪里脊肉(切 4mm 薄片)—— 500 克Pork loin (sliced 4mm thick) —— 500 g(约可切 25 片 / about 25 slices)

    🥕 配料 Additional Ingredients

    • 大葱(切丝)—— 30 克Scallion / Big spring onion (shredded) —— 30 g

    • 姜(切丝)—— 15 克Ginger (shredded) —— 15 g

    • 蒜(切丝)—— 15 克Garlic (shredded) —— 15 g

    • 胡萝卜(切丝)—— 50 克Carrot (shredded) —— 50 g

    • 香菜(切段)—— 1 棵Coriander / Cilantro (cut into sections) —— 1 stalk



    🧂 腌料 Marinade

    • 盐 —— 1/2 茶匙Salt —— 1/2 tsp

    • 料酒 —— 1 茶匙Cooking wine —— 1 tsp

    • 白胡椒粉 —— 少许White pepper —— a pinch

    🍥 炸浆 Batter

    • 土豆淀粉 —— 300 克 Potato starch —— 300 g

    • 水 —— 没过淀粉的量Water —— enough to cover the starch for soaking


    🍯 调料 1 Seasoning 1

    • 白糖 —— 60 克Sugar —— 60 g

    • 9 度米醋或白醋 —— 60 毫升9% rice vinegar or white vinegar —— 60 ml

    • 盐 —— 1/2 茶匙Salt —— 1/2 tsp

    • 生抽 —— 1 茶匙Light soy sauce —— 1 tsp

    • 香油 —— 1/2 茶匙Sesame oil —— 1/2 tsp

    • 番茄酱 —— 3 汤匙Ketchup —— 3 tbsp

    • 白糖 —— 2 汤匙Sugar —— 2 tbsp

    • 黑醋 —— 1 汤匙Black vinegar —— 1 tbsp

    • 老抽 —— 1/2 汤匙Dark soy sauce —— 1/2 tbsp

    • 淀粉 —— 1 茶匙Cornstarch —— 1 tsp

    • 水 —— 1 茶匙Water —— 1 tsp
















4. 手撕包菜

Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage

🧾 材料 Ingredients:

包菜 300克,手撕大片

Cabbage – 300g, torn into large pieces

干辣椒 6–8根,剪段

Dried chili – 6–8 pcs, cut into sections


大蒜 3瓣,切末

Garlic – 3 cloves, minced


姜 3片,切丝

Ginger – 3 slices, shredded

食用油 2.5汤匙

Cooking oil – 2.5 tbsp

🥣 酱汁 Seasoning:

生抽 1汤匙 Light soy sauce – 1 tbsp

老抽 ½汤匙 Dark soy sauce – ½ tbsp

白糖 ½茶匙 Sugar – ½ tsp

盐 ¼茶匙 Salt – ¼ tsp

香醋 ½汤匙 Black vinegar – ½ tbsp



5. 羊肉萝卜汤

Lamb and White Radish Soup

🧾 材料 Ingredients:

羊腿肉或羊腩 500克,切3cm块

Lamb (leg or brisket) – 500g, cut into 3cm cubes


白萝卜 1根(约400克),滚刀块

White radish – 1 (approx. 400g), cut into chunks

姜 30克,20克拍裂 + 10克切丝

Ginger – 30g (20g smashed, 10g julienned)

葱白 2段,打结

White scallion – 2 sections, tied into knots

香菜 2根,切碎(出锅用)

Coriander – 2 stalks, chopped

🧂 调料 Seasoning:

料酒 2汤匙 Cooking wine – 2 tbsp

白胡椒粉 1茶匙 White pepper – 1 tsp

盐 1.5茶匙 Salt – 1.5 tsp

香油 ½汤匙(可选) Sesame oil – ½ tbsp (optional)



6. 葱油饼

Scallion Pancake

🧾 材料 Ingredients:

中筋面粉 500克

All-purpose flour – 500g

盐 5克(入面团) Salt – 5g (for dough)

温水 320毫升(50–60℃) Warm water – 320ml (50–60°C)


香葱 100克(约1把),切碎

Spring onion – 100g (approx. 1 bunch), finely chopped

🥣 油酥 Oil Paste:

面粉 30克 Flour – 30g

盐 3克 Salt – 3g

五香粉或十三香 2克(可选) Five-spice or Chinese 13-spice – 2g (optional)


热油 50毫升 Hot oil – 50ml

 → 将热油倒入以上粉料中搅拌均匀,至比酸奶状稍干的油酥
