干豆腐(豆腐皮) Dried tofu sheets — 150g, cut into strips, blanched 30 sec

粉丝(龙口粉丝) Longkou vermicelli — 50g, soaked & cut

芹菜(可选) Celery (optional) — 1 stalk, blanched 20 sec

炸花生米 Fried peanuts — 2 tbsp

蒜末 Minced garlic — 2 cloves

香菜(可选) Coriander (optional) — small bunch, chopped

调味料 | Seasoning:
生抽 Light soy sauce — 2 tbsp

米醋(或陈醋) Rice vinegar (or aged vinegar) — 1.5 tbsp


白糖 Sugar — 1 tsp

盐 Salt — ½ tsp

香油 Sesame oil — 1 tbsp

辣椒油 Chili oil (optional) — 1 tsp

2. 酸菜白肉炖粉条 | Braised Pork Belly with Pickled Cabbage and Vermicelli
材料 | Ingredients:
东北酸菜 Northeast Pickled cabbage — 300g, shredded (soak in water to reduce saltiness)


五花肉 Pork belly — 300g, sliced 0.3cm thin (boil whole then slice recommended)

粉条(红薯粉) Sweet potato vermicelli — 100g, soaked and cut

姜片 Ginger slices — 3 pcs

大葱段 Scallion sections — 2 x 10cm

八角 Star anise — 1

清水 Water — 1200ml
调味料 | Seasoning:
盐 Salt — ½ tsp (adjust to taste)

白胡椒粉 White pepper — ¼ tsp

鸡粉 Chicken powder (optional) — ½ tsp

食用油 Cooking oil — 1 tbsp

土豆 Potatoes — 2 (≈400g), peeled & shredded

干红辣椒 Dried red chili — 4–5, cut

花椒 Sichuan peppercorns — 1 tsp (optional)

青红椒丝 Green/red chili strips — few (for color, optional)


蒜末 Minced garlic — 2 cloves

调味料 | Seasoning:
白醋 White vinegar — 2 tbsp

生抽 Light soy sauce — 1 tbsp

白糖 Sugar — 1 tsp

盐 Salt — ½ tsp

食用油 Cooking oil — 2 tbsp
