Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NancyMe. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Exchanges If you prefer another color or size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state inour NancyMe Exchange/ Return Form. the item you wish to exchange and the new color or size preferre If your preferred color or size is not available, we will get back to you for the waiting time. Please report any visible damages and discrepencies within 7 days of delivery. lssues reported after 7days will be screened on a case by case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. NancyMe reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Items are non-refundable once SOLD.

• All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, thereturn wil be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

5. Refund Approval:

• Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs:

• As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

• Refunded Amount= Final Paid Price -Delivery Fee($7)

• While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way. you're not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping. Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. lf you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) wil be refunded.

Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to yourchosen destination.The delivery charge will vary according to your order:

All orders are delivered by our delivery agent, and delivery is only available from Monday to Saturday,

(Mon-Fri)Weekdays: 1. Checkout your shopping bag and pay before 2:30pm during the day: Delivery will be next workingday. 2. Checkout your shopping bag and pay after 2:30pm during the day: Delivery the day after tomorrow or any date after tomorrow.

(Sat)Weekends: 1. Checkout your shopping bag and pay before 10am on Saturday: Delivery next Monday or any date after Monday. 2. Checkout your shopping bag and pay after 10am on Saturday: Delivery next Tuesday or any date after Tuesday. 3. We only deliver to Residential Addresses on Saturday.
